1 Come, and let us return to the Lord; For He has torn, but He will heal us;
He has stricken, but He will bind us up.
2 After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up,
That we may live in His sight
3 Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, like the latter and former rain to the earth.
Today’s Inspiration: God desires your relationship with Him more than your service. The closer our relationship with Him the better our life will be. God’s faithfulness to you now is as dependable as the sun that rises every morning.
Hosea 6:1-3 In these verses, Prophet Hosea reveals God’s loving heart and His desire to bless His people far outshines the darkness of their sin. The Lord puts premium value on His relationship with you. Let us seek faithfully to return that love with obedience stressed again in all the scriptures particularly in the Book of Proverbs. Hosea 6:6.
We are to be a living example to the lost. That unconditional love we receive must be imparted to those who are lost in this world unaware of the judgement that is yet to come. A people without understanding will come to ruin. Hosea 4:14.
God is patiently waiting for His people to come to Him. What God says He does. What He promises you, He carries out. 1 Thessalonians 5:24.
God is also calling you to remember those who are hungry and thirsty. For such as these when you feed them and quench their thirst, you will inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Matthew 25:21-40.
