2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Today’s Inspiration: Transformation is not the end product but the process to get where God wants us to be. We can only be said to be transformed if we do not conform to the world but be transformed by the renewal of the mind. Romans 12:2. This verse tells us to unload all negative emotional baggage that we pick up along the life’s journey, so that we will have a positive outlook of life that brings us love, peace, joy and self-control.
The purpose of transformation is to present a body that is blameless, holy and sanctified, spiritually matured without blemish at the second coming of our Lord. Ephesians 5:27.
We grow warmer with fellowship and deeper with discipleship but stronger in worship. These 3 components are important in life. Many do not want to worship and that is why they are easily dry in the spirit. Worship is the component that confuses the enemy so that you will win every battle along the journey of life.
Acts 2:42 and 2:46. Fellowship matters. It is fellowship that graces our heart, that sings songs to tired hearts and sparks resurrection of skills first planted by God and long forgotten by men.
It is fellowship that lifts up our load. Fellowship finally enables us to resist the lies planted by the enemy and causes us to move forward to the mark of the price of our higher calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14. Therefore do not miss rejoicing in the Lifegroup which is a prelude to the wedding feast of our Lord. God be praised!
