Today’s Inspiration: As we approach this holy week, God gives us the inspiration that He will heal even those diseases that doctors proclaim them hopeless. How many miracles have we seen in both scriptures and today that are healed miraculously? We can receive them only because of the grace of God and the atoning sacrifice of Christ. Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 6:20-22. It is His love and our heartfelt gratitude that lubricates relationship and social interaction. An embittered spirit poisons relationship.
So let us enter the Holy week with a thankful heart that all may be well with us.

It was Mary of Bethany who demonstrates to us that salvation of a soul necessitates a costly sacrifice and came to Jesus with spikenard, the most expensive fragrance in Israel to anoint his head and his feet with a heart of gratitude. People are willing to give generously to the Lord because of their gratitude of salvation. Jesus honours a widow’s mite and does not shortchange us. We can never outgive God.
Mary of Bethany realised this truth and offers her best as an atoning sacrifice. Gratitude is what Jesus is looking at in this coming Passover.
Only His Love can cover our multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:17.
