1 And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.
Today’s Inspiration: On the question Jesus is asking Have you learned to love, it is important to examine scriptures on what is love. Love suffers long and is kind. Love does not behave rudely, does not provoke and seek no evil but bears all things, believes all things and endures all things. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. Love never fails. Conflicts always arise out of misunderstanding of even trivial things. When we do not have love, storms will come. Some of the fiercest storms have come to the world for the past few months but as His people we can sail through it. We are to emerge the victor and have the authority to pursue our enemy and calm the storm. Matthew 10:1.
It is only through peace that we’re can calm the storm. Storms will suddenly come Matthew 8:24 but we need to stay in peace. Jesus slept through the storms and later commanded it to be still. Matthew 14:22-26. To fight the war, we need the weapon of peace. James 4:6-7.
We need to come into agreement with the word of God and when you do that you are in agreement with heaven. 1 Corinthians 1:10 quotes that there should be no division among you that you be perfectly United in mind and thought.
There is power in agreement and unity. It depends on which side you are in. Satan wants to divide but God wants to unite and brings forth a blessing. Psalm 133:3. The enemy sent the violent storms last few months because of imminent major breakthrough in the coming season. We need to find a place of peace in the eye of the storm. You can calm the storm by coming into agreement with each other and laying down all disagreement and replace them with your prayers and love.
We are to grow in love even the ultimate love of loving our enemies. People are never our enemy. We must hold onto the truth that we are not against flesh and blood but against the power of dark forces that have captivated the people. Ephesians 6:12. We are to set people free not bind them. People rebel out of fear like the terrorists and fear is the biggest demon or gate to hell.
Resolve to grow in His love that cast out fear by which the devil have you bound. Romans 16:20 May God crush satan under your feet.
It is the darkest night where the stars shine brightest. Therefore if you feel that all around you is in darkness, don’t fear for light will soon come in seven fold. Isaiah 30:26 the Lord wants to bind the bruises of His people and heals the stroke of their wound. God be praised!
