3 Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases.
Today’s Inspiration: God forgives all our sins when we truly repent and heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:3. Healing follows transformation. Transformation is a process especially with stubborn diseases like Cancer and heart diseases as well as diabetes.
A very important organ in our life is our digestive system. To make our digested food move more quickly through the G.I. tract is to exercise. Studies have shown that people who exercise regularly have less incidence of Cancer which is claiming lives everyday. Exercise lowers the risk of endometrial ans breast cancers by reducing a woman’s body fat which is producing estrogen, an encourager of several cancers.
Some doctors say 30 minutes of exercise every other day can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 75 percent. Exercise like Brisk walking, cycling or swimming etc pump oxygen to your cells, giving your body ability to win the war against cancer.
The other important thing to do is to have restful sleep throughout the night. Psalm 127:2.
Research shows that inadequate sleep shortens our life by 8 to 10 years. The body does a lot of repair work and immune surveillance when you are asleep. Lack of sleep suppresses immune function. Melatonin is produced when you are asleep which has anti-carcinogenic properties.
All of us need at least 7 to 9 hours of deep sleep at night. 8 hours is ideal. If you are suffering from insomnia, your immune system is weak exposing you to risks of Cancer. Keep praying for divine health and keep seeking the Lord as you make your lifestyle change. Jonah 2:7.
For every thing you go through, God has a reason. Watch your language, watch your thoughts and actions. Stubbornness does not pay. You are what you think. Proverbs 23:7. Just as sin reigned in death, so also must grace reigned through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:21.
Stay healthy! Change your lifestyle.
