Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Today’s Inspiration: The word of the Lord encourages you today not to fear, nor to be dismayed but be of good courage as the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9. What a promise from God!

If God is with you wherever you go, you feel secure and confident of success in every great exploit you do. You will look at the right direction for you know the One in whom you placed your faith. Possessing God’s power enables you to face life with great enthusiasm. When you have inner peace and inner joy, you are not easily provoked. Christ came to create a new heart not to treat the symptoms. With a new heart, and a renewed mindset, healing follows so does material gain. Ezekiel 36:26-30.

Joshua had to be healed of his fear of what is to come. It was meditation of the Word that quenched his fear and gave him success. Joshua 1:8.

God’s grace is always found in our wilderness experience. Through God it became the greatest experience of a lifetime. Your Gethsemane need not be a tragedy therefore don’t wallow in your struggle but accept your circumstances as a challenge. Consider your trial as an opportunity for God to work in and through you to be a testimony to bring glory to His name.

Your trial is an experience. You cannot give others more than you have experienced yourself. We must go through experiences to truly live. We must swim through deeper waters to become a mature person. We reach maturity as a Christian only if we gain victory over each hurdle. Every change, every adventure is an opportunity to put God’s promises to the test. Mighty men and women of God went through severe test even our Father Abraham the Father of all nations. After the pain and purging comes strengthening power of the Holy spirit, the mighty comforter of the Trinity. John 16:22. No one can take the joy from you.
