Psalm 147:3

3 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Today’s Inspiration: God heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. This was reinforced in Isaiah 61:1. You may seem forsaken and condemned, yet it is in God’s divine attribute to be faithful to all His promises towards you and make you the everlasting pride and the joy of all generations. Psalm 145:13, Isaiah 60:15. Whatever you fear will not come to you so abandon your thoughts of negativity. God is a forgiving God and His mercy and love endures forever. The Lord watches over all who love Him and fulfils all the desires of those who revere and fear Him. Psalm 145:19.

There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus who do not walk according to the flesh but walk according to the spirit. Romans 8:1. If you desire supernatural result you must first believe then confess. Believing and confession are spiritual laws that create supernatural result. Prayer is asking in desperation. Many of the people in Christ’s ministry were healed because they were desperate for Christ’s healing touch that they literally cried out with loud voices to gain His attention. Matthew 20:30 “Lord, Son of David have mercy upon me.

This was the cry of the two blind men who were desperate to have their eyes opened. Desperate cry for mercy caught Jesus’ attention and compassion, leading Him to touch their eyes and immediately two of them regained their sight. Praise the Lord!

He is a loving and compassionate God who desires to redeem those who were lost. How desperate are you to plead with God mercy to heal your sickness?

The second spiritual principle is to have the gift of faith to develop the nine fruit of the spirit. Fruit will normally grow to a healthy tree. All nine fruit of the spirit should grow and develop in our life as a believer as we mature in our walk with Christ. The measure of our faith mentioned in Romans 12:3 will grow with our spiritual growth. The gift of faith listed as one of the nine gifts of the spirit in 1 Corinthians 12:7-10, is a supernatural impartation of faith that is often combined with the gifts of healing and the working of miracles.

The reason why our prayer is not answered is that we do not have even childlike faith to believe that God has answered our prayers after we petitioned to God our need. Jesus said even if we have mustard seed faith, we can command the mountain of problems to be removed, not only would they be removed but they will be cast into the sea gone forever in our life. Matthew 17:20, Mark 11:23. Coming to God with great expectation helps maintain confidence in God’s willingness and ability to move on your behalf.

So ask in faith and don’t waver whatever your need maybe for your Father knows your needs better than you do. Matthew 6:8. May God answer your desperate prayer today!
