Parental pressure has caused one to shun from the potential planned for him or her. Wounding by caregivers especially our parents makes us vulnerable to offences whenever we encounter injustice. We can be so sensitized to injustice that we are too easily offended and predisposed to carry the offences of others. It seems like a noble pursuit but in the end we are burnt out because we have no power to resolve because they are not our burden. Proverbs 14:12 the ways seem right for a man but it leads to death.
The Lord wants to advocate and establish justice to those unjust situations you were wounded by, He wants to restore your gifts and calling and encourage you to move on again.
Isaiah 42:3-4 He wants to establish justice on earth. A bruised reed He will not break and a smouldering wick He will not snuff out. You were born for a purpose and whatever had happened to destroy your dream in your heart, the Lord will plant it again and nurture it to maturity as you listen to Him, believe every promise and obey every statute. All things are possible with Him. Mark 11:23. What can move your mountains is your faith to believe every word recorded in the Bible and your confession to bring out the reality of His promises. God be praised!
