Deuteronomy 3:26

26   “But the LORD was angry with me on your account, and would not listen to me. So the LORD said to me: ‘Enough of that! Speak no more to Me of this matter.

Today’s Inspiration: Have you ever wondered that it is ironic that when Moses pleaded for the desires of the rebellious Israelites, He granted mercy and grace but when Moses pleaded for himself to be able to cross over to the Promised Land, the Lord rebuked him and said’ Enough of that! Speak no more of this matter to me!’ Deuteronomy 3:26. Instead he is to command Joshua, encourage him and strengthen him for he will go over with the people and God shall cause them to inherit the land which they will see. Verse 28. God is sovereign and we cannot question. God is more interested in the heart of obedience rather than works. He is more interested in our faith in Him. Faith plus works yields supernatural wonders as in the days of Moses. One false move can wipe off all our efforts of a lifetime. So no matter what we do, we need to have the fullest faith and the boldness to act on the faith like the disciples in Acts 4:31.

This is the season of increase but must be bathed by prayer altars in the home. God is about to ignite the fires at the home prayer altars to birth new authority, new ground. Consider demonic strongholds broken. There is gong to be a strong move of God at home prayer altars and prayers at home altars are going to bring your prodigal sons to their knees even though they are far away from you. Distance is never a problem with God to restore your sons and daughters back to Him. In this season God is bringing back those who are brought up in Christian households and who were once fervent in serving the Lord. God is fanning the flames in us bringing forth an increase. The land is being softened and salvation is going to be exponential.

Proverbs 13:3 We are cautioned to guard our mouth for he who guards it preserves his life but he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.

Jesus taught that a tree is known by its fruit. He called the religious people brood of vipers and rebuke them for not speaking good things of others. Only a good man will speak Good things for out of the abundance of the heart a man speaks. If you are not speaking good of others, Jesus says it comes from an evil heart. Matthew 12:34. Remember we have to be accountable for all our deeds and especially what we speak on earth. Matthew 12:36. For by your words you will be justified and by your words you will be condemned. Verse 37. We are like a tree who is known by the fruit we produce. Verse 33.

Therefore change your language this week to be a blessing. Speak Good things of others. See each other’s strengths not weakness. These will be pleasing to the Lord and attract favour and blessings.
