Job 8:7

7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Today’s Inspiration: With everything coming to a standstill, where fears are sparkling everywhere and life seem meaningless, yet God’s promises which is Yes and Amen records that though your beginning may seem humble, yet prosperity will be your future. This means your end will be better than your humble beginnings as you follow closely the Lord and observe His statutes. Job 8:7.

At a time like this, we need to subject our life to the Potter, who is the Almighty God, who alone made us, mould us continuously till we are vessels of honor and performs wonders for us and through us, that we might see good days ahead.

Life is filled with testing which is sent to test our faith and perseverance. It is meant also to turn man from wicked ways and restore him to righteousness. Job 33:17, 26. The crisis today where all mankind’s activities are restricted pose a lot of questions in mankind as to where their future is heading. Some fear the end had come, others have a lot of uncertainties and fear in their mind but we, as God’s people know that this testing is to redeem our soul from going to the pit so that we will live to enjoy the light that the light of life may shine on us again. V28, 30. In Jesus there is light and life and He is the light of men. When we have Him, we have light. Light will once again shine and bring light to darkness. He is the only one who could rescue us from the Dominion of darkness and bring us into the kingdom of the Son in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13.

Blessed is the man whom God corrects, so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty. He wounds but He also binds up, He injures but His hands also heal. Whatever calamities no matter how colossal, He will rescue us. Job 5:17-19. God be praised
