15 “As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt, I will show them wonders.”
Today’s Inspiration: God’s compassion fails not and His mercies endures forever. God desires our fellowship. If He marks our transgression, none of us will be able to stand. God is eternally showing us wonders if we cry out. Micah 7:15.
He desires to answer our prayers. Our prayer answers may be prolonged because of lack of understanding of the power and authority that is within us. 1 John 4:4. Micah’s life challenges us to live a life full of the power of the Holy spirit of the LORD. To do so, we need to have faith and speak the Word of God with authority and integrity.
It is the birthright of every believer in the Messiah to receive and walk in the power of the Holy spirit. The apostles of the first century were able to perform wonders because of their faith, empowerment of the Holy spirit and their ability to wait upon the Holy spirit before they preach and heal. We should do likewise. It is by not might nor by power but by His spirit says the Lord. Zechariah 4:6. We need to understand that God had accomplished everything necessary for our Salvation and righteousness. We just have to live justly. Our life is meant to glorify God in our lives and to pursue God’s purposes not our own.
God’s purposes for our life is to live justly and exercise justice, a life free of condemnation, judgementalism and criticism. Living a life of love and compassion carries a great reward which only God can reward to those with faith. Hebrews 11:6.
