Mark 1:25

25   But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!”

Today’s Inspiration: How did Jesus deal with the demons? Mark 4:4-10 He used the word to shut their deception. Mark 1:25 He told them to be quiet and to come out of the man’s mind for believers and out of the spirit for non believers. In verse 27 with authority He commands the unclean spirits to come out. If such authority is given to us, why can’t we fight deception and oppression? Its all because of our unbelief of ourselves having the authority or because the oppressed and depressed are not willing to offend the enemy for fear seven more will enter if they allow the enemy to be cast out. They are not ready to be delivered. Do not make room for devil to enter. Deception can come to you only when you give power to the enemy by your words. By your words you are justified. By your words you are condemned. Matthew 12:37. The Bible says you eat the fruit of your lips. Proverbs 12:14.

Natural understanding is a stumbling block to the kingdom of God. God can make you extraordinary by the measure of your faith. Each one of us is given a measure of faith. Romans 12:3. We must develop this faith by our experiences. Our life is measured by our spiritual walk with God. How much trust do we have on our Abba Father? God’s word is a guiding light to our life. His word must become part of us. If His word is hidden in our heart, it will flow into our bloodstream restoring every cell of our body and transform our body to health.

John 1:1 John says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God. Who then is the word? The word is Jesus. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. John in 1:2 says He was there with God from the very beginning. Verse 3 All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life…verse 4.

If the world was created by Him and through Him, how can we not believe every word He promised in the Bible? What is His promises to you? There is power in His word that comes out of your mouth. When you say to the mountain be removed it shall be removed if you don’t doubt. Matthew 21:21.

To be effective in whatever we do, we must believe the authority He bestowed upon us in Matthew 10:1 and this authority is authority of heaven and earth. We are ineffective because we lack the knowledge of authority. Once we know this authority, and the power in us is Jesus, all oppression and deception can be overcome. Jesus tells his disciples not to allow doubts to arise in our hearts but to have peace. Luke 24:36, 38. We can do all things through Christ who strengthened him. He is our strength. With His strength we surely will have victory in Christ Jesus.
