14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
One has to watch the mind, the heart and the tongue daily to avoid opening the door to the enemy’s attack. When Jesus says ‘It is finished’ at the cross he is reinforcing the word in Ecc 3:14 that nothing can be added to what God has done. What He has done is forever. If we have to glory we must glory the cross.
So Apostle Paul took this and emphasized on the renewal of the mind, Rom 12:2 and offer our body as living sacrifice. U must know what it means.
One does not know the power of God’s word that when you meditate on them and write it on your heart with the Holy spirit’s revelation and conviction, no one not even the enemy can touch you. You can always attack the enemy by God’s word like Jesus did.
God’s discipline and exhortation is all because of His wondrous love for you. You can only win the battle over the enemy by your faith. 1 John 5:4. His perfect love casts out fear. 1 John 4:18. Opposite of fear is faith.
