36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.
Today’s Inspiration: Luke 21:36 Jesus told his disciples to pray always. Apostle Paul tells us to pray unceasingly. Luke 18:1 is a call to prayer. Jesus warned the disciples if they do not watch and pray then take heed they will fall into temptation. Peter could have wondered why he was so easily enticed to deny Jesus 3 times. The cock crowing is a reminder not to fall for the pranks of the enemy but to watch and pray.
At the root of all negativity is pride and recognition that brought about downfall of Lucifer in heaven then on man staying on earth.
King Nebuchadnezzar’s pride of the Babylon empire he built sent him packing from the kingdom. So whether it’s God’s kingdom or earthly kingdom, you cannot rule and reign with pride. The root of pride is jealousy that caused one to usurp another person’s position.
When God checked Cain on the attitude of his giving, and warned him that sin was crouching at the door, he chose not to take heed but went ahead with vengeance and murdered his brother Abel whose offering was accepted. Genesis 4. Result: Iniquity of sibling rivalry entered man, murder all of which were rooted in anger, bitterness and vengeance.
Today our blood is influenced by our thoughts. Proverbs 23:7. We need the thoughts of fruit of the Holy Spirit Galatians 5:22-23 to wipe off sins of iniquity in Galatians 5:19-21. To do this, we need to proclaim His words of edification, exhortation and comfort over our life daily to purify the blood in our bone marrow so that our blood stream is healed as 1 Peter 2:24, Jeremiah 33.6 are proclaimed and released to the blood stream to heal our blood cells. His word contains DNA of Jesus that heals, cleanses, purifies and sanctified. Therefore to have divine health lets keep ourselves emotionally healthy and daily allow His bullet which is the word of God to penetrate through to our heart that exhorts us to die daily to our sin of unrighteousness including heart sins. It’s only when we die to sin of unrighteousness that we can be resurrected to life everlasting that grants abundant divine health and eternal life. Let not the enemy or anyone rob you of your spiritual growth. John 10:10.
