12 That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as pillars, sculptured in palace style;
13 That our barns may be full, supplying all kinds of produce; that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields…
Today’s Inspiration: Man is like breath and his days are like a fleeting shadow. Psalm 144:4. Yet God is mindful of them in His provision, protection and salvation. He formed your sons in their youths to be well nurtured plants and your daughters like His pillars covered to adorn a palace. In Him you have freedom from distress. V12-14.
You are therefore secure in Christ Jesus our Lord. May He seal your future and lead you to the destiny He has designed specially for you that His name be glorified. Therefore, do good to others as commanded otherwise failing to do so, God considered it a sin. James 4:17. It’s a season of building a closer reunion with the Lord and a revival of fellowship with God’s people. It’s time for God’s people to regather and receive the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Life will never be the same again in the new normal season to break forth at the Feast of Tabernacle on 4th October.
It’s good in this season to seek God for His plans mapped out for you so that you will not be taken by surprise. After Jesus’ crucifixion, no one expects the outpouring to be like the day of Pentecost. Nations were taken by surprise but not the disciples. Are you like the disciples praying and seeking the Lord for ten days before the outpouring of a mighty move of God? It’s time God’s people be serious with God and His promises and have the faith like Caleb who is certain of God’s presence to lead them to the Promised land to safety and to swallow up the giants of their lives. Numbers 14:8. God be praised for people of faith to believe in the wonders that God is about to perform.
Prayer: Lord let us be an overcomer always to trust in Your promises for us. May we rule with an iron Sceptre and dash our enemies into pieces like pottery with Your authority over the Nations. May You grant us the power to do all things through Christ who strengthens us daily. In Jesus name Amen.
