12 The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made them both.”
Today’s Inspiration: God made the hearing ear and the seeing eye. So He who plants the eye does he not see and He who forms the ear does he not hear? Proverbs 20:12 and Psalm 94:9.
He will surely answer your prayer for the season so long as your motive and attitudes are right. The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord searching all the inner depths of his heart, verse 27. What is He speaking to you this morning? How has your heart been searched? It is only by humility and fear of the Lord do you have riches, honour and life? Proverbs 22:4.
It is important to feed the spirit to the fullest so that you have the mind of Christ. Unfortunately men are inclined to make provision for the flesh to fulfil its lusts. Romans 13:14. You have to be watchful how you conduct yourselves towards others. For we are required to give an account of ourselves to the Lord. Romans 14:12. The Bible says we should not judge anyone lest we cause one to fall. If we judge we bring judgement to ourselves. Those who judge and criticise are hurting souls that cannot walk to the future and stumble others. If we live we live for the Lord. If we die we die for the Lord. Therefore whether we live or die we belong to the Lord.
For every new season we need to embrace change. We should be mindful not to judge our brother or sister. We have to watch our behaviour, motives and attitude. We all must all stand before the Judgement seat of Jesus Christ for our behaviour and attitudes. Apostle Paul tells the church in Rome not to judge one another anymore but to resolve every issue you have towards your brethren and not to put a stumbling block to others. Romans 14:13. Jesus also tells not to judge others. Matthew 7:1.
Leaders are placed over you to be ministers of God for good. If you do evil, be afraid for he does not bear the sword in vain. Romans 13:4. Apostle Paul says we have to be subject to governing authorities for there is no authority except from God. Therefore if one resists the authority over them resists the ordinances of God and those who resists bring judgement to themselves. Do what is good and you will have praise from the same. Romans 13:1-4.
Whatever things were written in the Bible were written for our learning that we might have hope. Romans 15:4.
Read and meditate on the word so that you do not be quick to speak and quick to anger but slow to speak and slow to anger. Those who judge and criticise are those without relationship with Christ. It’s time they start checking their hearts before the Lord each morning like David so that they do not sin against God anymore but instead obey all that is commanded particularly to think others to be better than themselves and to love instead of being bitter. Bitterness leads to all kinds of diseases including the failure to receive spiritual inheritance. Esau tried to retrieve his birthright but could not despite desperate cry. Instead appreciate what you have and appreciate others.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
