Psalm 118:11

11  They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

Today’s Inspiration: The enemies may surround you on every side but in the name of the Lord, you will cut them off. Psalm 118:11. What appears bleak in your eyes, God sees it as an opportunity to reach out to you.

As we are created in His image, we ought to think like Him and act like Him. As Jesus came to the Earth to show us the way of life, we should live according to His ways. His ways are always steadfast in obeying His decrees. Psalm 119:5. The Lord is God and His light is always shining in and through us.

His ways are higher than our ways. Our thoughts cannot be compared to His thoughts. He always knows our needs beforehand.

We rashly make decisions when things seem to get worse but when the storm comes, Jesus showed us that the way to calm the storm is to command it to be still and the winds and the waves obeyed Him. Matthew 8:23-27. He did this Miracle while on Earth as a man, anointed with the Holy Spirit. He used the gift of working of miracles as weapons of warfare to command the winds and the storm to be stilled and the miracle manifested. The seas became calm. Do not be like His disciples who panicked easily whenever the storms suddenly struck. Be prepared always with the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit as weapons of warfare and you will witness a miracle to glorify God, which is what you were created for.

Do not lean on your own understanding to solve a problem. Use the supernatural strength of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual weapons He has given to you to apply to your life so that you will marvel each day at the miracle He performs for you. As it is in the days of Moses, that same principle applies today. All you have to do is to believe that as a new creation, you can do what He is able to do as He has empowered you with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and given you the Holy Spirit.

May you receive miracles each day as you change your image to the reality of God’s words. What you desire in your thoughts will be what you will receive. Proverbs 23:7. Your faith matters. Matthew 9:22 & 29. God bless you according to the measure of your faith.

In your anguish, cry to Him and He will set you free by answering your requests. Psalm 118:5. God be praised.
