5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding…
Today’s Inspiration: When you go through fiery trials, you tend to be angry and started questioning God yet God said, “Is it right for you to be angry?” Jonah 4:4. As you reflect back on time, you saw time slipping away so fast and wonder where it all went and have you done what is pleasing to God as God silenced you in fiery trials to wait for a solution. It takes great faith to focus on God when fiery trials hit you but it’s God’s way to tell you not to wander away as He has never left you. He knows what is going on in your life.
What is going on from the time you are in the womb till 6 years of your life outside the womb determine what you are today and why you are facing fiery trials. Being able to relate to each other reflect that your relationship with your parents during the early years have not been warped.
Isaiah 46:4-5 assures us that even up to our old age His ways and plans for us have not changed. Even up to our old age He will carry us and deliver us V10 His counsel shall stand and He will do as He pleases.
Are you willing to accept his wise counsel even in such tragic times? Sometimes it’s not easy. Yet God said He wants to heal that broken heart and transformed it to a gracious heart. So trust the Lord with all your heart and so trusting in man whose efforts are futile. Proverbs 3:5, Psalm 94:11. We may not understand His Sovereignty in this moment of trial, but we have to ask ourselves who is our Master and our Lord. May He send His anointing to break the yoke. Isaiah 10:27. God be praised.
Prayer: Lord remember me and my afflictions and answer me quickly. Let my prayer be pleasing to your sight for my soul faints within me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
