9 The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
10 And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.
Today’s Inspiration: The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. The Lord will not forsake those who seek Him. Psalm 9:9-10. Those who seek Him will suffer no lack and have desires fulfilled. Psalm 34:4. Blessed is the man who trust the Lord. Wait patiently for the Lord and He will answer your cry. Psalm 40:1.
The main task of man is to have a relationship with God and a closer walk with Him. Whatever we do, we do for Him and before we do, let’s seek His will and desire to do His will.
Relationship with God should not be intimidated by fear, or worry. Lack of faith or trust reduces our lifespan.
Abandon anger for it is our worst enemy. Anger sabotages our mind and causes fear, bitterness, slander, self mutiliation and in some cases lead to murder or suicide. Be angry but do not sin. Do not give the devil a foothold. Ephesians 4:26-27.
Unforgiveness is poison and bitterness is caused by failure, defeat, unnecessary condemnation and insults which penetrate to the senses. Ephesians 4:31 God directs us to get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, judgementalism and slander along with every form of malice. Instead be like Jesus. Be compassionate to one another forgiving one another just as Christ God forgives you. Ephesians 4:31-32. Live a life of love the way Christ loved us and offer himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Ephesians 5:1. Stay blessed and joyful!
