6 And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.
Today’s Inspiration: I believe God is sending a message to the world through the Wuhan virus. Just as the disease spread so quickly in Wuhan, fire so fast in Australia, problems in Hong Kong, His fire of evangelism will spread widely. It’s not a warning of physical war but a warning of spiritual war as He instructed Ezekiel in his calling of a watchman. Whatever said and done, We believers should not allow fear to dominate our soul but His promises of a dwelling place in Mount Zion, and above her assemblies a cloud and smoke by fire and the shining of a flaming fire by night for over all the glory there will be a covering – a shade in the daytime, a shelter of refuge and a shelter from storm and rain. Isaiah 4:5-6. We just have to take precautions for our health whilst God does His part to protect us.
The prophecy against wicked lifestyle like living in sins, iniquities and complacent lifestyles also self-righteousness has come to pass through this outbreak of pestilence.
It’s a warning to churches to preach and teach God’s way of living righteously, and a call to repentance yet at the same time to grow in faith and obedience to Holiness and godliness. It’s a call to the church to raise up watchman to intercede to prepare the coming of the dreadful day of the Lord. There has been a call to the churches to raise watchmen but some are not taking heed.
It is for this reason that our last two modules in the School of the Holy Spirit, we have covered teachings on landmines and how to avoid them and having our next module on spiritual warfare how to combat them. Ezekiel 33:8-11.
So let’s put up full grear to gather God’s people to watch and pray for such a time like this. In yesterday’s lifegroup, we saw two visions. One was many of us each were gathering some white lambs whilst another vision was a shark. It’s a confirmation of a spiritual war. Let us join forces with heavenly forces to fight this war. Ultimately we will see a good outcome – a great harvest. God be praised.
