A Prophetic Fulfillment Beyond Measure!
Isaiah 55:10-11 “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth it will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it…”
Sometime in 2009 Rev Alicia prophesied to me quoting 2 Ki 8:6 2 Kings 8:6 “ Give back everything that belonged to her, including all the income from her land from the day she left the country until now!”
In my natural understanding I could not see how God was going to fulfill this word. But I witnessed in the spirit that God was speaking to me; however I did not provoke the prophecy and left it at the shelf. With my meagre income from Singpost, I never failed to sow to the mission trips as I recalled the “widow’s mite” offering Jesus commented to His disciples. It is amazing how God proved to me again and again that He was the Lord of Harvest abundance, the tagline of Elisha Harvest. I attempted many times to do business for extra income but God closed all doors, stretching my faith.
Finally I received the Good News that my family land in Sabah owned by my late grandfather that was sold more than a decade ago for $1 million has skyrocketed way beyond measure and we needed to void the sale as buyer did not complete the sale then.
Indeed, “ Who can be compared with the Lord our God, who is enthroned on high?” Psalm 113:5. This led to a series of battles fought in court and I solicited Rev Alicia to pray.
It was a spiritual battle and could be resolved only by a righteous judge. Each spate of enthusiasm of the outcome was quenched by postponement of the court hearing. Rev Alicia then prophesied that the inheritance money would be realised only after she stepped into Sabah for her next mission. God honoured this prophecy when the prophetess of God Rev Alicia stepped onto the land of Sabah for our 3rd mission trip in Nov 2014. As prophesied, on the 7th year, the prophetic word of 2 Kings 8:6 came to pass in Feb 2015. To God be the glory!
God might delay because of men’s negligence in provoking the prophecy causing the Word to tarry but as Eze 12:28 exhorts us that His Promises will not tarry anymore but He will bring it to pass. God indeed never forget His people. Isa 49:15 “… surely they may forget yet I will not forget you.” At each court hearing, He intervened as we fought in the spirit. Battles can only be won in the spirit.
At each court hearing, He intervened as we fought the purported impossible battle. Every corruption and deceitfulness of men were thrown out by Heaven’s Supreme Court Of Justice because of prayers of the righteous.
Deep in my heart, I never asked for a good salary package from my present job but by faith I only asked Him to top up my saving. God’s word is awesome. As in 2 Kings 8:6, the king wanted to give back everything that belonged to the woman including all income she had lost since she left the land of famine. Our Heavenly Father turned around circumstances. If I had received the money seven years ago, it would not amount to what I have received today. His supernatural payout package included loss of savings for seven not three years and cancellation of debts and beyond. Even though I did not inherit millions, I am more than satisfied of the abundance He had credited my account. My sowing towards the mission field for the last seven years had never been in vain. What is glorious is that during the time of lack, whenever I want to go to mission field, I see God rewarding me with an offering from my uncle which was more than enough to cover my mission trip.
When I had a surgery on the fibroid few years ago, He also paid for the surgery through a generous offering of my uncle whom God has touched. His unfailing love endures forever!
Beloved, we can never out-give God. Neither will He ever shortchange you. Ephesian 3:20 “ He is able to do exceedingly beyond what we can ask..”. God has His Kairos time and you need to be positioned right to receive your blessing. Like Apostle Paul said In Philippians 4:12 “I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.” Hallelujah! It is when you least expected that the finances flows in.
All glory and honor to God! I would like to specially thank Rev Alicia for her love and patience and her effective prayers that avails much! (James 5:16). Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in His prophets and you will succeed. “ (2 Chronicles 20:20)
