Waiting for God to answer our prayer can be a long process. It causes us great fear and insecurity. But if our mind is steadfast and we place our trust in Him, we will be kept in perfect peace. Isaiah 26:3. What is this peace Isaiah was talking about? It’s the inner peace, the deep abiding personal peace that soothes away the hurt and brings us to a restful calmness in the spirit.
It was for our peace with God that Jesus Christ was chastised. This peace transcends all understanding and guard our hearts and our mind in Christ Jesus. This peace can be ours when His presence is real in our hearts and lives. When peace comes to us, we sense wellness in our whole being. God be praised.
Prayer: Thank You for the peace You have given us that brings clarity to our mind that You are in our presence always.
